Six Levies men dead after Kalat division commissioner's squad car collides with trailer

SOHRAB (Dunya News) - Death toll in Kalat road accident jumped to six on Tuesday morning. A squad car escorting Kalat Division Commissioner Dawood Khan Khilji's vehicle collided with a trailer parked along the roadside.
Police said the accident occurred in the Sohrab area when the commissioner was going to Quetta from Khuzdar. The collision was so severe that three Levies personnel lost their lives on the spot, while four others sustained multiple injuries.
The injured were immediately shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Sohrab, where three more victims lost their lives.
The Commissioner expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the tragic incident and offered his condolences to the families of the deceased.
